Our RUN-OFF & LITIGATION department deals with and resolves the dossiers of outstanding claims.
The team, made up of legal experts and senior adjusters, is in a position to provide all the necessary support in dealing with outstanding unsettled claims, especially those concerning:
• Run-off provisions (dealing with claims under policies in arrears)
• Civil litigation (handling/review/treatment/management)
This type of claim is handled rather differently from others and this approach is ideally suited to achieving a satisfactory resolution of policies that are in arrears and/or the subject of litigation.
A technical committee made up of legal experts and senior adjusters analyzes the relevant policies that are in arears or the subject of litigation, devises the appropriate response, setting the goals and deadlines and estimating the percentage of loss subject to the identification of management shortcomings and any under-reserved claims.
