MASTER’S IN CLAIMS SETTLEMENTS
The course lasts three months and is designed to develop the skills and acquire knowledge of the techniques used in the management of insurance losses from both a theoretical and practical perspective. It is aimed at graduates and post-graduates who have already received an education providing a suitable preparation for the master’s by following specific courses on the subject, as well as claims adjusters or claims assessors with previous experience of claims settlements. It is broken down into several modules and involves “active” teaching, with practical exercises and courses of specialization in specific topics.

COURSE ON THE TECHNIQUES USED IN THE ANALYSIS OF CLAIMS ASSESSMENTS IN THIRD-PARTY AND OTHER TYPES OF AUTO INSURANCE (FIRE, THEFT, COMPREHENSIVE)
The course is designed to impart the skills necessary to interpret, analyse and correctly use the assessment procedures in the handling and settlement of the claim.
COURSE ON TECHNIQUES USED IN THE ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL AND LEGAL ASSESSMENTS IN THIRD-PARTY AUTO INSURANCE
The course is designed to impart the necessary skills to interpret, analyse and correctly use medical and legal reports and medical documentation acquired during the handling and settlement of the claim.
COURSE ON CLAIMS NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES AND TACTICS
The course employs practical exercises and role-playing to develop more effective strategies and improve the claim adjuster’s relational approach.
